Your application starter checklist

  • Shortlist options that accept your nationality, study level and qualifications.
  • Prepare your CV, academic records, certificates and references; arrange translations if required.
  • Check passport validity, language requirements and qualification recognition with the provider.
  • Compare funding with tuition, travel, visa fees and living costs. Check what a scholarship actually covers.
  • Record deadlines with their time zones and keep copies of every submission.

Apply with confidence

  • Start from the official organisation’s website, not an unsolicited social-media message.
  • Verify an employer and recruiter independently before sending money or identity documents.
  • Treat promises of guaranteed jobs, scholarships or visas as warning signs.
  • Check any requested fee against the official provider’s published process. Never share passwords or one-time codes.
  • If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian and check the programme’s age requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions families ask us most.

Who is Beyond School Futures Academy for?

Parents and caregivers of children aged 8–18, and the young people themselves. Parent Academy™ is written for the adults in the family; the Money Smart™, Future Entrepreneurs™, Digital Innovation Lab™, Transition Boot Camp™ and Creatives Academy™ pathways are written for children and teenagers, usually split by age group.

How do I enrol in a programme?

Create a free account, then open the pathway or course you want and choose "Enrol". You will find everything you are enrolled in on your dashboard, with your progress saved as you go.

Do I need to pay to start?

Free courses allow direct enrolment. Paid courses require payment confirmation before new learners receive access. Check the course page for its price and available checkout options; contact us if checkout is unavailable.

Can my child have their own account?

Yes — a young person can register with their own email address and their own login. Linked parent-and-child family accounts, where one parent dashboard oversees several children, are planned but not available yet.

How does progress tracking work?

Each lesson has a completion tick. As lessons are marked complete, your course progress percentage updates automatically, and your dashboard shows where you left off in every programme.

How do certificates work?

When you complete every lesson in a course, a Certificate of Completion is issued automatically — there is nothing to request. It appears on your dashboard, carries a unique verification code, and can be opened or printed at any time.

Can someone verify a certificate I have been given?

Yes. Every certificate carries a unique code, and anyone holding that code can open the certificate directly to confirm it is genuine and see who it was issued to.

I did not receive my verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first, as the message can land there. The link expires 60 minutes after it is sent — if yours has expired, use the "resend verification" option on the login page to request a fresh one.

I have forgotten my password.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to request a password-reset email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive, or contact us for help.

Do the programmes work on a phone?

Yes. The whole platform — including the lesson player, quizzes and downloadable workbooks — is designed to work on phones and tablets as well as on a computer.

How do I stop receiving the newsletter?

Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using it removes you immediately, and it does not affect your learning account.
